That standard is backed by 8 years designing lighting and electrical infrastructure and 100+ projects delivered personally — from individual junction and site layouts to full development schemes — across highways and motorways, new housing developments (Section 38 & 278), railway and bus stand exteriors, and car parks. "Good enough" was never the standard.
